Associate Provost for Programs & Leadership Development
 
As the Associate Provost for Programs and Leadership Development, Dillan provides administrative oversight to units, including the Becker Friedman Institute; Institute of Politics; Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation; Neubauer Collegium; Stevanovich Center on the Formation of Knowledge; Urban Education Institute; and public-facing arts initiatives. Dillan also works on staff professional development and leadership development initiatives for University leaders, in addition to special projects.
 
Before joining the Office of the Provost, Dillan served as executive director for campaign management in Alumni Relations and Development (ARD) where she helped oversee the expansion of the University’s campaign to $5 billion. Prior to that, Dillan spent eight-plus years building new, innovative programs for Career Advancement and as a founding staff member at the Institute of Politics. Since joining the University in 2008, Dillan has helped transform resources for students interested in policy and public service and has ensured that myriad UChicago alumni are now serving our communities in productive ways.
 
Dillan is a Hyde Park native and attended the Lab School and the Booth School of Business. She lives with her wife in Hyde Park.
