Pet Policy

The University of Chicago is committed to prioritizing the health, wellbeing, and safety of all members of our community. We are also committed to preserving the University’s grounds, buildings, and other property. With those priorities in mind, the University has created a policy on pets on campus to clarify which types of animals are allowed inside University-controlled buildings, and to outline guidelines about animals on outdoor University-controlled property.
