I am pleased to announce the availability of three funding streams for collaborative projects between faculty and academic appointees at the University of Chicago and colleagues at international institutions. These opportunities all aim to provide flexible funding for international partnerships in many locations around the world and represent a critical lever in our broader global engagement efforts.
Funding Opportunity

Provides one-year grants of up to $30,000 USD for collaborative projects with partners in mainland China, Hong Kong and East Asia, India and South Asia, or Latin America and the Caribbean
February 28, 2022
Provides one-year grants of up to $100,000 USD to support faculty research in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area of Mainland China
March 1, 2022
Provides up to $15,000 USD over three years to support travel expenses for collaborations between UChicago and labs affiliated with the CNRS in France
February 7, 2022
These programs represent opportunities for significant, institutionally supported engagement with the international community to further your important and field-defining academic pursuits.
