As Associate Provost, Dillan works with Vice Provost Daniel Abebe on K–12 initiatives. She focuses on K–12 work related to the needs of faculty and their families, UEI/SSA, and the Lab Schools. Dillan also partners with Vice Provost Mike Hopkins on Office of the Provost partnerships with IT, sustainability efforts, and the University’s partnerships with entities such as the Center for Data and Computing and the Toyota Technological Institute Chicago.
From July 2017 to July 2019, Dillan oversaw budget, human resources, and operations for the Office of the Provost. Dillan also managed and oversaw several key strategic initiatives for the Office of the Provost.
Before joining the Office of the Provost, Dillan served as Executive Director for Campaign Management in UChicago’s Alumni Relations and Development (ARD) where she helped oversee the expansion of the University’s campaign to $5 billion. Prior to that, Dillan spent 8+ years building new, innovative programs for Career Advancement and was a founding staff member at the Institute of Politics where she founded and led career development and civic engagement programs.
Dillan is a Hyde Park native and attended the Lab Schools. She has a degree in Psychology from Yale, and is a Booth School of Business alum with an MBA in Managerial and Organizational Behavior.
