Victoria Flores

 

Victoria Flores is an Associate Director in the Office of the Provost, where she coordinates pathway programs, including the Leadership Alliance, to support the academic and career success for persons traditionally underrepresented in higher education. In addition, she provides administrative support to divisions and departments as they create and maintain other pathway programs. These programs are aligned with the university's Diversity & Inclusion Initiative. Previous to this role, Victoria served as a Program Manager for the UChicago Inclusion Workshops.

 

Victoria received her PhD in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Chicago in 2018 and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Brown University. She has long been committed to diversity and inclusion and co-founded several student organizations as a graduate student. 

 

Outside work, she enjoys cooking and trying new recipes.
